Our Weekend School
Almanar Weekend School is part of Almanar Youth Association, Almanar Youth Association is a Charitable Organization promoting Islamic Education to the Muslim community of Kitchener and Waterloo. Alhamdulillah, with the grace of Allah SWT, Al-Manar Islamic school, has been offering Sunday schooling for our youth since 2010 and we are proud to continue our efforts in providing this service to the community.
Our curriculum focuses on the Arabic language, the Holy Qur’an, and Islamic values. Our qualified teachers are dedicated to providing excellent education in a fun, interactive environment to ensure the kids enjoy their weekend while gaining knowledge and expanding their horizons. Our dedicated and qualified teachers are who distinguish our school and they continue to be our source of pride.

Our mission is to provide a safe and fun place for Muslim kids to come together in a religious learning environment. We aim to help students build and strengthen their Islamic identity in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
